In Thailand’s lush Amphawa river region, KOH COCONUT works closely with a small community of family farmers who have cultivated coconuts for generations.

Here, harvesting is still deeply connected to the land and the rhythm of the waterways. KOH’s coconut trees grow at a naturally manageable height, allowing farmers to carefully harvest each coconut by hand using long bamboo poles fitted with cutters.
 

And then comes a uniquely Amphawa moment.
 

As the coconuts are cut, they gently fall into the cool canal waters below. Small boats glide through the waterways to collect the freshly harvested coconuts, carrying them to a central collection point at the farm.
